For someone experienced in PM basics but desiring to passionately demonstrate value in new techniques, learn and develop new concepts, move beyond basic theories as needed to solve problems, and mentor others, MTS would be a good fit.
We seek people able to filter out non-essentials and think beyond simplistic diagnostic PM software solutions. For example we seek those who can identify the longest path through the project and then decide if targeted overtime is appropriate without putting the whole project on overtime and causing labor inefficiencies across all workers.
